Order Fulfillment & Shipping:

All cookies are baked to order and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Crumb Theory Cookies is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. We recommend double-checking your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot be held liable for delivery errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

We bake every order fresh—please allow 2–3 days for shipping after placing your order.
