Over the years, I baked for friends, family, coworkers—anyone who’d take a cookie (and they always did). They all told me the same thing: “You should open your own bakery.”

I never really believed I could. But somewhere between the encouragement, the love, and the late-night recipe testing, the idea stuck—and it grew.

Crumb Theory is the heart of that dream. It’s where rustic flavors, creative combinations, and cozy nostalgia come together. Every cookie is made with real ingredients, a lot of love, and a little spark of adventure—like something you’d pack for a hike or share around a campfire.
